Company Profile

PT MEKAR SALUYU GRUP is a plantation company that focuses on Robusta coffee commodities. This company was started in 2009 and officially founded in 2016. We successfully exported our first coffee in 2017. Currently, we are in the growth and development stage of our biopharmaceutical business, including ginger and vanilla cultivation, as well as empowering local farmers in Indonesia. Our warehouses are in Bengkulu and Central Java, with the main products being coffee beans, vanilla and elephant ginger.

In 2021, we established a processing facility that produces coffee, vanilla and ginger derivative products. We continue to expand plantation areas with sustainable and environmentally friendly guidelines and improve the economic level of our assisted farmers. We are also a stock lot for various spice commodities such as black pepper, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, and others. Through maintaining consistent quality and patient efforts, we have succeeded in exporting Indonesian agricultural commodities to more than 15 countries. We believe that with the experience and knowledge we have, we can produce high quality products according to market needs.

1. EXW (Ex Works)

The seller only prepares the goods at their warehouse.

All transportation costs and risks are borne by the buyer — including inland transport, export procedures, sea freight, and import processes.

2. FOB (Free On Board)

The seller is responsible for all costs and risks until the goods are loaded onto the vessel at the port of origin.

Once the goods are on board, all subsequent costs and risks are transferred to the buyer.

3. CNF / CFR (Cost and Freight)

The seller pays the ocean freight to the destination port.

However, insurance is the responsibility of the buyer, and the risk transfers once the goods are loaded onto the vessel.
**Insurance is borne by the buyer.

4. CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight)

The seller pays for both ocean freight and insurance up to the destination port.

The risk, however, transfers to the buyer once the goods are loaded onto the vessel.
The buyer is responsible for import duties and inland distribution in the destination country.

1. Organic Ginger Cultivation through Partnership

Developing a green economy program with over 30 farmers in Pati through the GMJ cooperative. The initiative uses locally produced organic fertilizers, a QR-based tracking system, and technical assistance to support the export of certified organic elephant ginger.

2. Coffee Byproduct Innovation

Processing coffee waste into groundless coffee and developing export-ready capsule coffee, increasing value-added products while reducing waste by up to 40%.

3. Re-Export dan Legal COO Indonesia

Reassembling imported products from China for re-export to the United States with a Certificate of Origin (COO) from Indonesia, creating new employment opportunities and boosting export value.

4. Digital Education for Farmers and SMEs

Providing educational content on YouTube about export-import processes, legal compliance, and packaging — helping farmers and small business owners access global markets more effectively.

5. Hybrid Drying Technology for Biopharmaceutical Crops

Utilizing a solar-gas hybrid drying system for dried ginger and herbal powder production, reducing processing time by 50% while maintaining premium export quality.
